JJ Singh is the Director of LNW Hospitality (www.lnwhospitality.com), a division of LNWA, a full-service commercial real estate developer. In this role, Singh provides asset management services for three properties on Jekyll Island, with a total of 400 keys. Additionally, he is responsible for the development of the new dual-branded Marriott hotel coming to the island, and collaborates on some of the residential community developments on Jekyll.
Prior to joining LNW Hospitality, Singh held several roles in public service and in finance.
For four years, Singh was the Economic Policy Advisor to U.S. Senator Chris Coons. In this role, he drafted several bi-partisan bills related to tax, small business, and manufacturing, which were enacted in law. He also worked as a credit analyst in the White House Office of Management and Budget. Finally, he ran a micro credit loan fund in Oruro, Bolivia, as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer.
In finance, Singh worked as a health care equity analyst at a hedge fund in New York. Additionally, he was a loan underwriter for small businesses in all five boroughs.
Singh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from the University of Virginia, where he was a tour guide at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello. He plays tennis, enjoys history, and considers himself UVA basketball’s number one super fan. He lives in Arlington, VA, with his wife Jessica and daughters Kiera and Sarina.
