Cecilie Goodman supports Bank of America’s global employee volunteer program, engaging 210,000 employees in 41 countries in giving their time and talent to help the communities in which we live and work thrive. Annually, BofA’s volunteers give more than two million hours to causes they care about, setting records in 2023 with 51% of employees serving as volunteers.
Prior to joining Bank of America, she served as the Community Relations Manager for LexisNexis Risk Solutions and ChoicePoint, managing the companies’ CSR programs and developing an award-winning employee volunteer program. Cecilie also has an extensive background in the nonprofit sector, serving in development and program leadership roles with Hands On Atlanta, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, and CHRIS Kids.
An avid volunteer, Cecilie has served on the Board of Directors with the Atlanta Girls’ School, National Black Arts Festival, and advisory councils of Girls on the Run of Atlanta and GivingPoint. She received an M.A. in International Relations from Georgia State University and a B.A. in Political Science from Brenau Women’s College. A Norwegian national, she lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two daughters.
