The Jekyll Island Foundation can help you make provisions to support the Foundation through your estate planning. Gifts to Jekyll Island Foundation through your will are free of estate tax. A bequest to the Foundation can be a gift of a specific dollar amount, a percentage of an estate, or all or part of the residue of an estate. BEQUEST
Any type of cash, securities, personal property or real estate can be given through a bequest. The Jekyll Island Foundation can also be named a beneficiary of assets which often pass outside a will, such as IRA’s, pension plans, life insurance or assets of a trust.

Box 13002, Jekyll Island, GA 31527, a non-profit corporation duly existing under the laws of the State of Georgia and located in Jekyll Island, Glynn County, Georgia, (insert amount of money or percentage of estate), as an unrestricted gift to benefit the Jekyll Island Foundation, to be used for its conservation, preservation, and educational efforts.
TO AN EXISTING FUND:
I give, devise, and bequeath to the Jekyll Island Foundation, P.O. Box 13002, Jekyll Island, GA 31527, a non-profit corporation duly existing under the laws of the State of Georgia and located in Jekyll Island, Glynn County, Georgia, (insert amount of money or percentage of estate), for (insert Fund Name) to benefit the Jekyll Island Foundation. Should circumstances later render it impossible or impractical to use this gift for the purpose herein designated, then the Jekyll Island Foundation may use the gift for other purposes, adhering as closely as possible to my original intent.
